"Not worth it for the price"
I wasn’t too impressed with this. For what it costs, the ingredients felt cheap, and after just a few washes my hair started feeling dry. I can see other customers feeling disappointed too if they’re expecting something more nourishing. I won’t be buying it again.

I tried ordering a few things, but almost everything I actually wanted was out of stock. Like, how is this okay? It’s frustrating and makes me feel like there’s no point checking the site anymore if nothing is ever available

"Honestly, the whole thing put me in a bad mood"
I tried using the site and it was just a pain. The pages were loading so slowly, the filters kept clearing themselves, and I felt like I was clicking around forever just to find basic product details. By the time I got to checkout, I was already annoyed, and it was confusing and clunky on my phone. I ended up giving up before placing an order. Disappointing for a store like this.

"Something felt off the second I saw the box"
My order showed up in a crushed box, and right away I had a bad feeling about it. Sure enough, one of the bottles had leaked all over everything. There was basically no padding inside, which just seems careless, especially for what I paid. Frustrating experience.

This felt cheap right out of the box and it didn’t work the way I was hoping. After using it a few times, my hair started feeling really dry, which was a big letdown. I kept thinking it would get better, but it just didn’t. Definitely “not worth it” for me, and I won’t be ordering it again

I placed my order a while ago and have been checking for it since the expected delivery day, but it still hasn’t arrived. I was hoping it would show up by now, but at this point I’m just left waiting with no update.

I grabbed this on a whim, and right after using it I was like… wait, that’s it? For the price, I expected way more. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just felt super average and definitely not worth what I paid.

My order eventually showed up, but it arrived a lot later than the original estimate. Reading between the lines, it feels like the shipping timeline they gave was a bit too optimistic. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating waiting around longer than expected.

"The scent was just too strong for me"
I really wanted to like these products, especially since a friend recommended them to me, but the smell was just way too much for me. It lingered in my hair all day and gave me a bit of a headache. I can see how some people might enjoy that strong salon-style scent, but to me it felt heavy and kind of perfume-y. Just not what I was expecting.

I really wanted to like this, but it made my hair feel dry and kind of flat. I didn’t get that soft, shiny look I was hoping for at all. After a few washes, it was harder to style and just looked dull. It didn’t do much for me, and I definitely wouldn’t buy it again

"The return process dragged on way longer..."
The return process dragged on way longer than I expected, and the refund was seriously slow. I sent everything back and still had to wait around like, make it make sense. Not the smoothest experience.
